Overview
See assistant count, active calls, connected workers, available lines, readiness stages, and recent calls at a glance.
Readiness by stage
Each worker reports Control, FaceTime sign-in, Accessibility, Screen capture, Audio, Video, Avatar, and Production media. All stages green means the line can answer. A red stage means the system is failing closed. Production media is the master gate.
Availability is not readinessA line can be available because it is not busy while its worker is offline. Check connected workers and heartbeat freshness to confirm it is answerable.
Assistants
- Drafts are editable: name, system prompt, greeting, avatar, and framing.
- Publishing creates an immutable version. Publish again to change behavior.
- Archive permanently removes an assistant from selection. Duplicate it to revive its configuration.
- Voice is currently fixed platform-wide; the displayed selector does not yet affect calls.
Calls
Review direction, mode, status, start time, terminal reason, and, during design-partner rollout, the lifecycle timeline, transcript, and summary.
Workers & Lines
Workers are the infrastructure units operating FaceTime. Lines are the FaceTime handles assigned to them.
auto_answer answers inbound calls automatically.
customer_decides asks your webhook to accept or decline.
- A line resolves the assistant’s active published version when each call begins. New publications affect the next call without redeployment.
